Don't get me wrong, it's super fun to tackle your opponents and smash them with shells! But some of those seem to be "overpowered" sometimes, including the big-hit tackles and the ability to dash constantly given the absence of a stamina meter. But again, it wasn't meant to be a realistic game and Blitz and Hitz don't have stamina meter either! Just an observation! The controls are tight, and the ability to push enemies into the electric barrier and the use of items makes the game SUPER entertaining while playing defensively. I played some Virtua Soccer and Fifa in the past...and I much prefer Mario Strikers. Kinda crazy that this game looks so good and is still so fun 17 years later! Can't wait to play and show you my (lack) of skills! ;)
