Reading 10 pages out of a book 3. Two 45min workouts (1 must be outside) 4. Daily picture of yourself 5. Follow a structured diet with no alcohol (my diet is going to be whole food plant based with no gluten) I am adding in: 6. Minimum 60 second cold shower 7. Daily gratitude list consisting of 3 things 8. Random act of kindness 9. Oil pulling If you miss any ONE of those things, you have to start over. I am starting my journey with all of this on April 1st. I would love to have you join me. Whether you just want to watch me complete the 75 days or you want to take on the challenge with me, let's support one another and kick some ass!
