I started cooking, 2 chocolate bars and 750 ml milk, 7 grams of gelatin, 80 grams of Sugar. Having poured the sugar and gelatin into the milk, I set it to cook over low heat, stirring constantly, bringing it to a hot state, I poured in the chocolate and, after stirring until smooth, poured everything into a bag of milk, but I think it’s better to use small rubber molds so it cools faster. I can say that it was very chocolatey (bitter for me) I’m not a fan of dark chocolate - and I would have been better off using milk chocolate
