

Maybe I’m late to the party, but did you know that raw garlic and help fight against cold and flu? When I got the flu the first time around Thanksgiving I was so sick of taking meds so I reached out to one of my friends who is knowledgeable in holistic remedies. He recommended that I take raw/fresh garlic -2 cloves every 4 hours- I was a little skeptical at first but willing to try anything at this point.
