An abusive person is trying to get back into my life and using the current situation as an excuse to try and mend things with me. Its been weighing heavy on me and today I’ve been practicing self care. Did some quiet time and watched comfort movies. I tried playing Animal crossing but no games are really helping. How do you get your mind to stop racing with anxiety? I wish I had weed honestly. But I can’t drive to the state I get it from atm :(
