It is time to remedy, not only that seemly large chunk of time I was away for the holidays, but the often alarming lack of self care we give our mind and bodies. Don’t worry tho, I’ve got some pointers (and some pleasure inducing visuals) to help us get back on track in establishing a regular self care routine!
