Added 2024-04-12 21:20:15 +0000 UTCI am heading into my 2nd weekend in a row of 50hr intensive Rocket Yoga training. Think lots of handstands and strength focused balancing all day for 2.5 days! My arms and legs were like rubber by last Sunday. Wish me luck, it's going to be an intense weekend!
