I also wasn't ready to be left abruptly by a man who claimed to love me. I was shell shocked. I couldn't eat. 2 weeks went by before I found out the truth. The man went back to his ex❗️

Anyway. As a result of not eating for 2 weeks I rapidly lost 20lbs. The most weight I ever lost in my entire life.

So I turned it into a habit and developed a routine. I turned to fitness to maintain my mental health and grew stronger both physically and emotionally.
