But I AM super comfortable naked in public and this is public… so… here’s a fun wake-up stretch, bedhead and all. Something about me, I’m authentic and pretty comfortable with myself. I wasn’t always. Some of it came with age. Some of it came from exposing myself to discomfort and letting it fade. When I work with surrogate partner clients, we do an exercise where we each stand in the mirror and share about our bodies. I had Bariatric surgery almost 2 years ago. I could critique all sorts of things about my body. But it’s me and why would I speak so negatively about myself. This body has been through some hell. It’s fucking strong. I’m fucking strong. I love my body for sticking with me. I love my life. I love what I do. I love being able to love my clients and help them love themselves.
