Added 2020-10-28 18:44:26 +0000 UTCIf you notice the insulation foam and cork on the ceiling in the videos i had put it up when I first moved in experimenting what materials helped with drowning out my upstairs neighbors stomping and heels on hard floor.I borrowed a ladder and returned the ladder.Some of the peices fell and did not stay .I do plan on taking it down since I have a new neighbor who is very quiet.At least most of it
