Due to heavy shelling, electricity was lost in my city. The government gives not at all positive prospects for development. So I ask you to understand that I am not deliberately ignoring you, all because of the circumstances. You must understand perfectly how difficult it is to live without electricity in the 21st century, when everything is connected with it, from cooking to work.
