So far I have *really not wanted to do it* but did it because I committed myself to it. But Thoughts Become Things and tomorrow I am starting with the Affirmation that I Do Want To Do It! I do want to do it which is why I committed to it! When I committed to doing this in Nov 2019 the results were amazing! But then the poopdemic happened and I stopped for about 2 years!
