Go easy. - Wall Chest Stretch: :45 Seconds - Gentle. Not pushing too deep and trying to breath & relax. - Frog Stretch: Double Leg - Rock back and forth 5 times. Hold each position for 5 seconds and breathe deeply. Single Leg - 5 Rocks forward and back on the right. The 5 rocks forward and back on the left. Gradually spend a little more time in each position and get a little deeper each rep. - Wall Chest Stretch: (Like the previous videos) :60 Seconds: Sink deeper every 15-20 seconds.
