

I'm so excited to have found a gym. A REAL gym with bumper plates, barbells, kettlebells.. and even a Platform and squat rack! I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw it all. I did a few sets of Back Squats.. which was amazing and sad at the same time.. It felt SO good to do it, but my legs almost gave out under weights that I used to warm-ups with not long ago! UGH! Please tell me I'm not the only one having to almost start over! Good thing I love to lift! Because I have a lot of lifting to do! <3
