Hold onto something in front of you.. Sink into a deep squat and shift side to side. Every once in awhile, lift your hips and aim to straighten your legs. Hold tight and let the weight of your body pull your hips lower. If feels amazing. Give it a try. 🖤 Allie said so! 😜😘
