Just some morning light, coffee and wishes for an awesome day from me to you. ❤️ I just finished a class at a CrossFit gym and it kicked my butt. I went sloth slow and focused on moving as perfectly as possible. It felt hard and fun. I‘m aiming to get to their barbell club class tonight. Fingers crossed! Have any of you worked out yet today?!
