Fitness journey, week 2: I was originally going to talk about goals this week, but obstacles are a bit more relevant to me at the moment. I did leg day on Wednesday, and increased the weight from last week. I remembered that I would feel tired a couple days after leg day, but I forgot that it also makes me super depressed. In the past 12 hours I've been so down on myself and my content. I wanted to quit content creation forever. I feel invisible to women. Perhaps you can even spot the fake smile in one of these pictures. But today I went to the hot tub, did my stretches, and ate a 1200 calorie pizza - which are hard things to do when depressed. As I write this, I'm a bit happier, especially with the stretching. I'm really starting to make progress and pushing it to the point of discomfort so I can truly get gains in that area. And the fact that I did it today really makes me proud of myself.
