Fact of the week: I've been re-learning about neuroplasticity.
I first learned about it a few years ago but with new research being conducted all the time, I thought I'd share a good article that explains what it is.
Turns out our brains actually are able to adapt to new information - "old dogs can't learn new tricks" is a crock o' shiet 😜
