

Morrrrrrning every.body !!! Hope your Thursday was as Fantabulous as the sun in the sky !! Ohhhhhh god yes I did say that! Sorryyyyyy !!! Lol, Not a brilliant day here health wise .... so ... ive got to Identify some healthy activities for myself!. Whenever down : Pinpoint a few healthy activities that you know have a relaxing influence on you and some that bring you “up” so that when you feel ill, or down, anxiety or low motivation, you are prepared with several natural and healthy ways to reverse them. On the flip side, make yourself aware of feel-good but self-destructive behaviors that are triggered when you are under the influence of these specific feelings. These behaviors, though they may feel good, can become obsessive and rather than leaving you feeling positive, plummet you even lower. Becoming aware of these behaviors and their triggers is a first step toward trying to regulate them. My positive healthy way to feel lifted is to put on bright clothes ( check ✔ ) and do a little painting ..... My illness gave me so many bad symptoms but at least it gave me my ability to Paint ...
