I waffled downstairs in the middle of the night, it was silent and pitch black, and I made myself a shake to chug. The cool milky liquid helped so much! I felt satisfied and quenched and slightly bloated as I waffled back upstairs and slipped into bed again, stroking my bigg gurgling belly as I went to sleep. ☺️🥛😳🤭
