Mine is to stop letting anxiety control me and hold me back. I'm going to give myself permission to be bad at new things I want to try. I'm going to learn to make space for my anxiety and just let it exist without actively trying to push it away. I can't make it go away so I'll be learning how to live my life with it present and no longer controlling me. If you suffer from the same I encourage you to join me on this journey as well. If you DM me I can give you a list of some books that have helped me.
