

We are four days out ππ» I am tired but excited π Hereβs what my peak week has looked like so far. Days 1 and 2 we increased carbs and doubled water. Days 3(today) and 4 we pull back a bit on the carbs but still have more than normal. Water goes back to baseline. Days 5 and 6 carbs will depend on how I look but most likely Iβll increase them both days. Water goes down to half of normal intake. Sodium intake should remain steady all week and Iβve added a potassium supplement to prevent cramping. Im just doing a total body pump every day through Thursday. Very light weight, high reps. Just trying to get some fluid in the muscle. No more cardio. The end result SHOULD be that I look full and dry on show day (Saturday)π€ How do you think I look? π
