Added 2022-09-07 14:33:40 +0000 UTCI love Chinese teas Pu-erh, da hong pao, teguan, milk oolong and so on. I have tried almost all teas. I like tea ceremonies. It seems to me that people who are engaged in spiritual practices, like me, cannot help but love tea. My morning goes like this. I wake up and do yoga. Then I light the aroma sticks, turn on the music and immerse myself in meditation. And after that, I’m going to brew myself a green invigorating pu-erh at least 2018. The strength of tea depends directly on exposure. The longer the tea is stored, the better it shows its tonic (or relaxing) properties. I love beauty. Maybe that's why I like tea ceremonies. Now I drink coffee more often, but I want to return to drinking tea again.
