

Today is exactly six months since I do not eat meat. I'm not going to force my opinion on you. I just want to share my feelings with you. Firstly, I lost 6 kg, while my body became more toned and muscular (sports also helped with this). Secondly, I feel lightness in my body. Even if I move, I won't feel bad. I have much more strength and energy. I began to eat much more varied and healthier than when I ate meat. As it turns out, there are a lot of dishes without meat and everyone will find something to their taste. My top vegan foods: 1. Hummus 2. Tofu 3. Soy meat Have you tried any of these? I believe that every meat eater can try not to eat meat for at least a couple of days. What for? To feel this long-awaited lightness and burst of energy!
